100% Client-Side Processing
PixiConvert processes all images entirely in your browser. Your images are never uploaded to any server. All compression, resizing, and format conversion happens locally on your device using JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API.
No Personal Data
We do not collect, store or share personal data. Specifically:
- No images are uploaded or stored anywhere
- No tracking, advertising or fingerprinting scripts are used
- No user accounts or registration required
- No IP addresses are stored by our application
Anonymous Visit Statistics
To see how many people use PixiConvert, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by our hosting provider Vercel. Both are cookie-free:
- They use no cookies and store nothing in your browser
- No IP addresses are stored; a visitor is only recognised by a temporary hash that resets every day
- You cannot be followed across websites or from one day to the next
- We only see totals: page views, referring sites, country, device and browser type, the number of images processed, and page loading speed
- The scripts are served from our own domain and never see your images
No Cookies
PixiConvert does not set any cookies — no session cookies, no tracking cookies, no third-party cookies. The only thing saved in your browser is your light/dark theme choice (in local storage). It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
No Third-Party Resources
Everything PixiConvert needs — scripts, image libraries and fonts — is served from pixiconvert.com itself. No requests are sent to external CDNs, Google or other font services. Some larger components (for HEIC, TIFF and ZIP) are only downloaded from our own site when you actually use them.
